Many times the changes become outdated and your baby regresses – hence the sleep regressions everyone talks about. Sometimes these changes work, other times not so much. Through much research and study of science and psychology, we have concluded that every baby and toddler has 3 key needs for good natural sleep. There are lots of ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ that come with sleep regression advice which can be frustrating. The result is more of the same: likely information that is confusing and overwhelming. You could spend, and maybe already have spent, hours reading up on the regression in question. Our view is that all issues with baby sleep are the result of one single cause.
