We were told that the order would be canceled and it was not initially cancelled - I had to call twice to make sure it was canceled and refunded. Upon connecting with the manager of the store we were yelled at for not putting in the order as delivery, weren't even allowed to talk (were repeatedly talked over), and were hung up on. When we originally placed the order, the website asked us when we wanted our food (now or later - we said now), asked if delivery or pickup (we said delivery) and then asked us for our address. We ordered a huge order for a Halloween Birthday dinner on the Ritz Diner website and after 30 minutes of waiting past the approximate delivery time decided to call in to get an update on our food. Had the worst possible experience with this restaurant.
